Baxter Construction Ltd is the contracting arm of The Baxter Group Ltd, with over 30 years in the industry.
For the past decade or so, the bulk of our work has been affordable housing delivered on behalf of Housing Associations across the region. It’s a sector that demands precision and consistency, and we’ve built a reputation on both. The relationships we have with our partners tend to be long ones, built on straight talking and getting the job done properly.
Alongside our main contracting work, we run an in-house civil engineering division. That goes back to our roots. We spent years operating as a civil engineering contractor for the likes of Miller, Persimmon, Kensington and Jones Homes, and that experience still shapes how we work.
We’re also actively looking for land across Lancashire. If you’re a land owner or agent, we’re open to a conversation. That might mean buying outright, exploring a joint venture, or coming in as the building contractor. We’ll work around what makes sense for you.
